		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more! The whole process pissed me off. And the first time I entered the security question? Got the wrong answer three times and had to call them...all because I couldn&#039;t remember the cases I used!! Grrrrr.</description>

Although, I want to bring up one point because my company is about to do the exact same thing.

Regarding re-registering/enrolling for the new system... sometimes it&#039;s a necessary evil. My work&#039;s website is about to get relaunched and we will be asking our customers to do the same.  Simply because the old system is completely different from the new system, and the information is not able to be ported over.

It sucks, but when you bought your software from SoftwareCo-A, and now you&#039;re buying your new system from SoftWareCo-B, they don&#039;t always want to work &amp; play well with each other.</description>
