Jananas

I’ve known of and known the infamous Miss Caitlin Jane for a number of years. We’ve recently rekindled our friendship based on our mutual love of all things yarn, pickled things, lunches, and wandering. She crochets these awesome little acorns. I’ve given her a bunch of my sock yarn ends (from various knitting projects). They’re too short for me to use, but the perfect length for her! I also picked up a bunch of acorn tops for her on a recent trip to the cottage. The end result is the picture below!

I’m thinking that I’m going to put little screws in the tops (which she provided). Instead of using them on necklaces though, I’m going to use them as Christmas tree ornaments!! I’m stoked.
