I came across the following quote today while reading a case. Woods once stated: “The trouble with most businesses is they put the cart before the horse – they look at profits first and the customer afterwards. It should be just the reverse.”

It sums up my views on business fairly succinctly. I hope that someday I will work with people as wise and display the same intelligence myself.
