I share your frustration! We had a free month of TMN on demand and for the last week we couldn't get past that stupid screen! We'd press the A key and get a "loading" message that would freeze the screen. Last night I tried a different ROD channel and pressing A did nothing at all! No loading message, nothing. It really is annoying as it is a basic service that we pay for and even if I *wanted* to give Rogers more money by renting a movie on demand, I'm unable to because they can't get their shit together. GAH! I share your frustration!
